Hmm actually it's still stop and go-ish for me. It's just like exaggerated kick then the leg will be hold back to the body. Because of the leg going in that position, the pose doesn't look good and the stick loses it's balance. Try easing it more not just holding the leg or arms back after the attack. Make more movement frames and stuffs.
Well the easing isn't really good on this one, it needs more movements so animate more frames. You don't need to make the same amount of easing in all the attacks, heavy attacks should have a longer one and it's the opposite for the light ones.
